The 2021 vintage has given us an aromatic, elegant style of pinot noir reflecting England’s cooler climate. The wine has with structured acidity, showing beautiful delicate red fruits and black pepper spices. Fermented naturally in small open top fermenters and aged in Burgundy oak barrels. Unfined and unfiltered. May contain sediment.
