Where The Pancakes Are is really the story of why good, simple food matters. It was founded by Patricia Trijbits, who grew up in Holland and whose fondest memories involve regular family outings to a local pancake restaurant. After finding herself in London & a goal to open up her own pancake restaurant, Where The Pancakes Are first opened their doors in 2016.
