Silo began in Australia, and has become the world's first zero waste restaurant. It's an eatery conceived from a desire to innovate the food industry while demonstrating respect for the environment.
Their frequently changing menu is projected to the front of the room. Once the ingredients run out, the dish is removed from the menu.
They also have a set menu, and a brilliant wine menu to compliment their food.
