Founded by Charlotta & David Zetterstrom, Fabrique began in Stockholm. After a success of opening 19 shops, they set up 6 shops in London and 1 in New York, self-funding each expansion. Fabrique uses fresh, natural ingredients and traditional methods to make their delicious sourdough bread and pastries, such as their infamous cinnamon buns.
